Dear CNLL family:
Our community suffered a tremendous loss this week when five Bikers Who Care volunteers lost their lives in a horrible accident. Our thoughts and prayers are with all that are affected.
BWC has invested in our community for many years, and offered our youth a better path with projects like the Toy Run and Camp Rainbow. The victims of this accident were volunteering at a BWC event when they tragically lost their lives. The volunteers who lost their lives were parents themselves to 12 children. Now these children need our help, and I am confident that Clarksville National Little League will step up in their time of need.
I have reached out to BWC leadership and invited them to our park beginning Friday, Sept 23 to collect donations for the children of the deceased BWC members. Donations will be deposited to the trust fund that has been established at Planters Bank. Please give generously to help these 12 children.
I am confident that our parents and volunteers will make this event a success. Again, we lift up these families to our Creator for peace and comfort.
Regards,
Jason
