Condolences to Northwest Little League
Clarksville National Little League expresses our sincere condolences to Northwest Little League.
On Monday, Reathy Stokes passed away. Reathy was the wife of Nelson Stokes, and known to everyone simply as “Granny.” Nelson Stokes is the father of Little League Baseball in Clarksville – he established Northwest Little League, and later helped establish Clarksville National. Northwest’s facility is named “Stokes Ballpark” in honor of Nelson and the dedication he and his family showed to the youth of Clarksville.
Mrs. Stokes will be missed by everyone associated with Little League Baseball in the area. Obituary and arrangements for Mrs. Stokes may be found at www.navefuneralhomes.com

Welcome Tee Ball and 11 Year Old Tournament Teams!
Clarksville National Little League Baseball is hosting the Tee-Ball (North) and the 11 Year old District 9 tournaments! We are excited to have your teams visiting our park, and hope you enjoy your visit. Below you will find information about our park.
Schedule changes and updated brackets: If you have a team or child playing in one of these tournaments, check our website daily! We will update the brackets if changes are necessary, and make announcements concerning rainouts and delays here as well. We will not be calling coaches with this information, so watch our website closely. You can find a link to the most current brackets on the right side of the webpage under the "All Star Information" section. Many times we will not make a rainout decision until right at game time. You should assume your game will be played on time as scheduled and come to the field UNLESS you see a notice here at www.clarksvillenational.org. Our fields drain very well, so don't be surprised if we play when it looks like a washout.
Parking fee and Coolers: There will be a "parking fee" of $1 per person age 12 and up at our park. Please do not bring coolers or outside food into the park. We are a volunteer-run and volunteer funded organization, and depend on this concession revenue to maintain and improve our facilities, just as you do at your fields.
Softball: Clarksville National Little League Girls' Softball maintains their own website at www.cngsl.org. Please go to that site for information about softball tournaments.
Good Luck: Best of luck to your teams, and have a great time! We strive to make the tournaments we host a wonderful experience for the players and their families. If there is anything we can do for you, please flag down a board member.

Thank you to Eddie Burchett Construction and Comperry Construction

Thank you to Eddie Burchett for loading and donating a truckload of pure infield dirt. Thanks also to Derek Comperry of Comperry Construction for hauling the dirt from the "clay mine" to Clarksville National. Thomas Lee Newton, originally from Swainsboro, GA was kind enough to transport and deliver the load.
